Very interesting watching the dumpster waste collection from this vantage point! It looks like the parking lot can get messy with residual garbage when the truck is getting full and the packer is having trouble keeping up with the garbage.

Agreed! It is very cool and like you said at times (could be from strong winds or when the truck is close to full) things can get messy.
