同意，雪蓮媽媽很適合唱甄妮的歌。還可以考慮關菊英，張德蘭，葉蒨文，王菲和彭羚的歌。
@@vicc3208 首先，雪蓮媽是巨肺型歌手(應受過傳統歌劇技巧訓練)，其次聲底也是較厚，所以，第一個不能唱張得蘭的歌，就問你，第一句『問你可知否？』雪蓮媽怎樣唱下去？張德蘭那種柔弱得我愛尤憐的歌聲，絕對不是巨肺型歌手可以駕駑的。王菲那獨特的聲線和表達技巧也非雪蓮媽改變唱法就能夠切合的。
至於關菊英和彭羚則看選歌，葉蒨文倒是可以一試。

Wow, wow, WTF this is Cantonese singing at its finest. Bet you did not know you have this wonderful side to your character. The song is so poignant and beautiful and before the transliteration, I never knew its meaning. Excellent as many expatriates do not know this side of the Chinese soul, great songs. Keep it up and no matter which dialect you sing it, it is a joy to behold and listen. Please return to normal transmission and missed the mother and daughter reunion.

This is amazing! First, this is a golden oldie in the 1980’s and may have well escaped the attention of the younger generations. You've done great justice to this song by doing a cover version. Bravo！
Second, the lyrics are elegant and demand accurate articulation in some parts (not to mention maintaining the accurate tone), particularly in the low pitch. That's why this song poses some difficulties even to native Cantonese singers. But you’very nailed it, Nancy. Not only did you master the articulation but you also delivered the subtle bitterness of melancholy embedded in the lyrics. Well done!

Bravo, Nancy, your Cantonese is way better than my Mandarain/Putonghua and this Cantopop song/classic is actually one of my faves of all time too. Also, my hats are off to whoever who does the transliteration of the lyrics from Chinese to English for your songs too. These are the most superb and finest transliteration jobs I've seen that can hands-down rival those done in Hong Kong and Chinese movies!
So far I have heard so many versions of this song and no one did as good as the original singer Mr. CHOI. However, I would like to say this is a good beginning of you and am looking forward to seeing you try again. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
