I am beginning coming off benzos now. I have just started. Fortunately I have only been using the drug for 4 months and my dose isn't too high. But I am scared.
I ripped the nerves in my back, It was awful,tender,I needed pain pills,I finally got them.
If he had problems sleeping--why not take a strong dose of Melatonin (can´t OD on that) or take some CBD oil? Many people have these issues but Jordan has spent his time preaching at the world as if he has all the answers and yet he could not even handle himself. Why are people listening to this guy. Someone as rich as he could have gone to a sleep clinic!!!! Instead he took drugs.

These anxiety medications are given to people who will experience harsher redrawn effects when they quit. The more you need a drug, the more harsh the rebound and the more willpower it requires to stop them, both physically and mentally i think.
yeah totally agree! but the ones that usually get depper into that addiction hole dont really have a good support system around them which is kinda sad
