took mere 30 secs -no paper.
just take 10! out of the denominator and cancel that with 10! in the nominator-
got denominator now (11-1) = 10...and nominator 1...so its 1/10

You should use parentheses in the expressions. 10!/11! - 10! is not equal to 10!/(11!-10)
