You the user haven't read the manual very well as majority of us do, open the box the machine out plug it to power supply and go. You should have the lemon first. This is one of the best machine.

A dicing grid -- what an interesting feature! I get out my Magic Chop gadget (like those "as seen on TV" Vidalia Onion Choppers", but cube-shaped) when I need to chop something. It's faster and neater than chopping with a knife for me, but a dicing grid might tempt me to just use the food processor instead, if I already had it out for other meal prep tasks.
It is kind of handy :) I really enjoy it. If I have a lot of chopping to do it does seem like cheating :)

How does the Hamilton Beach Professional line differ from their consumer-level food processors? Sturdier build quality and more powerful motor, perhaps?
It's is more expensive lol. I don't have experience with the other ones so I cannot really compare. It may be the same.. just nicer looking I don't Know :)
@DOSBoxMom Here're more options for cooking than in their other food processors and more powerful motor. That's why it costs more expensive. And yes, it's more comfortable to use.

The band-aid was a bit gross but I loved the demonstration. Really answered my questions about this product. Its been 3 years, how has it held up, please?
I am so sorry about that.. when I was making the video I wasn't even thinking about it. lol. We have had only one issue. The shredder disk detached from the plastic and broke. However they honored their 5 year warranty and promptly sent out a new one. .So we are happy with this :)
In my country they provide only 1 year warranty for those discs. And 4 for motor. 😢😢😢

Hey, Valeria! Yes, we really enjoy it. My wife used it a while ago to mix cookie dough. I use it to cut potatoes for Joe-Joes. We don't use it everyday, of course, but when we do, it makes our task easier. One thing I do like is how easy it is to clean. I would say it was money well spent. So far we have not had any issues with it. :) Have a wonderful day!

I think it could probably handle daily use.. We had our shredder blade recently break.. HB said they would send a new one out for free.. still waiting on that..
