Hey Lovers,
*This is not and advertisement/partnership with LIVE EASY or TAKEALOT, I'm just sharing my space with someone who is interesting in finding out how its like living in a nano unit at a low cost*
Its been a tough year but there's also came across great firsts. At the beginning of this year, I moved in my own apartment. With the budget of a half-day job, I found a cute studio apartment that fits great to my budget, great location to travel to work and small/big enough just for me. Later in the year I started sharing my space with my sister and we been enjoying it, its like having movie night every night.
The apartment building is from Live Easy Rental Apartments. They are situated all around Gauteng - Marshalltown& Anderson, Johannesburg; Randburg, Johannesburg North; Rivonia, Sandton; Pretoria, Kew, and Germiston.

I do not recommend. I lived at the one in Ferndale last year. Admin was horrible, sometimes there is no water. They overcharged me for months and then blamed their incompetency on me. eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and I moved out. However the help will go all out to make your stay the best it can be, I commend them for that.

Depends on the usage, water for me ranges from +/-R80 to R150, parking was R300 and levy was R300

Hey sis. How much do you pay for water and electricity per month and is it true that they have thin walls and you can hear everything from the next room and corridors?

Yes it is made of thin walls.you can literally hear everything that is if you have a very noisy neighbor however I would still encourage you to consider moving into a nano apartment. It's affordable and a good start up apartment you can always move into a much more convenient place after a year .

Hi Sne. I also found it when it was still starting out. The one in Rivonia and Ferndale were office spaces so they renovated them and parted them to be apartment. Only down side in my experience they didn’t use sound proof walls to divide the apartments.
