  • I think this vintage 1965 Fender Pro Reverb is one of my favorite guitar amps all the times. Why not? Play this vintage 1965 Fender Stratocaster! I am also vintage 1965! Besides amp reverb, I am adding One Control Beth Reverb. What do you think?

My cat passed away yesterday. He was THE BEST EVER! For 15 years he gave my family and I BEAUTIFUL HAPPINESS, memories that will stay with me always, and I'll never forget him.
Thank you for this. The timing is perfect cause my soul is hurting.
    I LOVE YOU BRO!

Really sorry for your loss! You got him to a good age, your love for him is obviously immense, and in turn must hurt like crazy now he's gone. Hang in there.

Thank You Tomo. You have such a gentle soul. I hope others can find their gentleness through your teaching. Guitars make other sounds too! Some not too pleasant. Just the same they express parts of our souls, I See your wisdom! Control our guitars, control our souls. Very cleaver Tomo!

Nicely integrated chords whilst you are playing the lead melody to Amazing Grace.
Your clean tones are cleaner than a Buckingham Rolls Royce 🎸👍
Maybe one day you could let your hair down with a Boss DS-1 ! 🔥

Tubes can make a dramatic change in some amps. My Fenders don't seem to mind much if I put a less expensive tube in until I can find a good one.
However, I have a Bugera V22 that I totally retubed with really good tubes. It turned into a really great amp for my Strat.
One little trick....try putting a balanced output tube in the gain position. You might find that you can great OD at lower volumes. I did it on my Bugera and I get a really smooth and sweet OD through the entire range of my volume knob. I won't bore folks with WHY that works but it's worth a try. Especially on amps that will see many different venues.
    😊😊😊

I can't wait until i can get a reverb. Just picked up a peavey classic 30. Both my guitars came smashed so i took it as a sign.I've gotten friendly with the local guitar guy gives me deals because he likes vikings. Very similar sounding amp. Maybe the peavey is rounder. But it's a super responsive amp. I grabbed that digital version of the guitar book from hal leonard. It's good. If you want to learn to read music it's super simple. Oh and louie shelton my god if you like double stops and triads listen to that guy. Well you all have even if you don't know it.

Speaking of tone…I’ve been partial to Fender tube amps (and Vox), as you seem to be. I’ve been looking at Magnatone amps. Have you tried any of them? Thanks for your great lessons. Love your philosophy and immaculate playing.
