Once again, I really LOVE it! Color removal is your usual process. Colors you chose go well together, color splits excellent, this purpley girl loves anything purple. Really love how the black lines make the design pop. Overall, another great video!! Thanks, Angie!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I absolutely love your tutorials! I specialize in yarn dyeing (tutorials on my channel are similar to yours but for knitters/crocheters). Anyway, I was so inspired by your clear and engaging tutorials that I bought the whole fiber reactive line from Pro Chem to test on yarn and fabric. When I'm done, if you would like a color sample card I'd love to make you one as a thank you for the gift of your talent.
Thank you, I'm really glad you've enjoyed the tutorials! 😊 I just looked up your channel, and your videos and yarn is amazing! That's such a cool process. I hope you love the Pro Chem colors, I think they are fantastic. I would never refuse color samples because I love using them for reference, but I don't want to put you out doing extra work. I know it is a time consuming process.
This is fantastic! You are such a good teacher and narrator! I'm going to look for this sweatsuit when I get a chance. Love the colors! I agree with another that the light spots help accent the other colors. Beautiful oieces!! 💜
Your tutorials are so professional and yet personable. I've followed you since I started tie dying and count on you for both technical & design direction. Your videos are the best and wanted to say thank you!
Thank you! 😀 I consider when there is barely any color to the water to be almost clear. Blues tend to be the toughest for me to get rinsed so it takes awhile on blue items. I am always amazed at how much excess dye soaks out of an item in the hot water soak.
Hi Angie. That’s gorgeous. Love the colors. And, you are so right about using a sinew puller. After taking your advice I purchased one and, now get the definite lines, except when I forget to pull it too tightly. Have you looked in H & M? They have hoodies, etc. which take dye well. Nancy
Hi Nancy! Thank you, I'm glad you like the sweatsuit. I'm also happy that a sinew puller has worked so well for you. It really did make a lot of difference for me. I haven't looked at H&M this season, but I've bought things there in the past. Thank you for suggesting them, I'll have to look and see what they have. 😀
@@FunEndeavors Hi Angie. Yes, the puller most definitely works, but now I just need to remember to pull it extra tight. I would check H & H out, and Target ha a brand called Universal Threads of sweatpants, etc. that take dye well. Thanks for your advice about the puller.
No, I actually prefer for the items to be able to move freely in the Out White Brite solution so that they can get fully saturated. I could use a smaller container though where I wouldn't need as much of the powder.
Not normally. I sometimes have a little bit of unraveling or fraying of the sinew, but never enough to actually have the item come untied. I usually just cut that part off and continue with the process. The sinew is amazingly sturdy. If you do have some of the sinew come united, you could just re-tie that area with new sinew.
That's interesting. I'll have to do more research about vat dyeing. Years ago I read an article where someone discussed the technical reasons why blue dye can't be removed as easily. I wish I would've saved it because it was very informative, and I can't seem to find it again. Vat Dyeing gives me a trail to follow, thank you! 😀
Wow! Yes I love the colors set off with the black! Stunning!!!
Thank you so much! 😊
I love your outfit, Angie, the colors are beautifully done and the light spots make the other colors pop. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! 😀

Thank you so much, I'm really glad you're enjoying the videos! I love being able to share tie dye with those who love it like I do. 😊
These are incredible! Very good colors, totally dig.
Thank you so much! 😊
Those came out stunning!🤩
Thank you!! 😊
Amazing!! I'm just starting on a hoodie and sweat pants. Going to give this a try. Thanks again for another inspirational video!!
Awesome! I hope yours turns out fantastic! 😀
Love them both!!❤❤❤
Thank you so much! 😀
Beautiful, I love the color scheme.
Thank you so much! 😀
I like it! Very cool!
Thank you very much! 😀
Beautiful. Great colors. Curious what you consider almost clear? Thanks for the video.

@@NancySchenk Thank you for the info about H&M and Target. I'll check them out! I'm so glad your sinew puller is working for you.
Have you ever tried building a dam around your items to keep the powder in place before you remove the color?
No, I actually prefer for the items to be able to move freely in the Out White Brite solution so that they can get fully saturated. I could use a smaller container though where I wouldn't need as much of the powder.
Have you ever had a problem with the item coming untied in the washing machine?
Not normally. I sometimes have a little bit of unraveling or fraying of the sinew, but never enough to actually have the item come untied. I usually just cut that part off and continue with the process. The sinew is amazingly sturdy. If you do have some of the sinew come united, you could just re-tie that area with new sinew.
I use a lingerie bag or an old pillow case to place items in and that helps prevent untying.
Thanks! I had the same question.
Re the blue problem, it's not the colour it's because they are processed using vat dyes. Its a chemical thing. Indigo is an example of a vat dye.

OWB solution cannot be reused. It is contaminated with the removed dyes.
Yes, it is a one time only solution.
