Can you instead of using a small weapon for Blocking, use a light shield? It must be better to raise Block and your not using the small weapon to do damage anyway.

Becouse yoi cannot stream morrowind why not try morroblivion with a levelig mod its great

I can stream OpenMW which is a opensource remake of the morrowind engine, and it is able to run at higher resolutions. I may do some videos on it later
