Thanks. I just youtube stuff and figure it out. The way I did the shapes for the UFO is from how they make boats hulls. So a cat would be the same Procedure as a UFO. 😉 But you need to have a 3d model first to slice. Then it's just gluing the foam core together. It's a lot of work to cut the foam. But you aren't afraid of massive projects. So wouldn't be a problem for you. 😀

So cool to see how this is done. What material are you using around the 7min mark to smooth out the surface of the foam?
Foam core with plaster filler cheapest I could find. Then Fiberglass and paint.
