      @@perskarlstrom It would be really cool if you could give some tips and advice on how to build up endurance for longer race-walking competitions. I've competed in events around the middle distances, but always wanted to have a go at the longer distances, but I don't know if my body is that up for it right now. Maybe a video idea? Either way, thank you very much.

    How many times a week should i strengthening?

      I would recommend doing this specific shin strengthening 2-3 times per week.
