I had an inner shin splint that only hurt when I ran so as inpatient as I am I went running anyways regardless of that pain.
Next morning the pain was gone and now I'm confused what happened since I expected the pain to get worse...
Same problem
Since i changed my shoes.
Fucking shoes dear
Thank goodness! I just wann jog again. I was about an 8th of mile in and the pain was so crazy I felt like my legs were going numb. Admittedly, I have put on a few pounds 😅.
How many reps and sets a day?
Damn this increased my pain. After doing some sets of these, I did some jumps to test it out. its paining real bad now
Virtual handshake my man🤝 hope this helps like everyone else in the comment says
Thats amazing, weeks of pain ,gone in minutes
With these exercises and how he explained each muscle we are targeting helped a lot to understand where exactly i need to work on .. also while performing these exercises i felt those muscles being targeted which use to hurt while running!!
thank you so much for this video
I got shin splits not after sport training, but after an ankle sprain. It's only on the side that got sprained. I never had this before in my entire life. I have shin splints and tendinitis in front of the ankle.
I'll try your exercices.
Did it work?

Great video. A lot of people never mention the hip and other areas the ankle injury affects.
martin gray Thanks, your correct
Corexcell Sports Training & Rehab my hips hip flexors inside hamstrings glutes piriformis all tight as. All from a operation I had 20yrs ago on my ankle and never did the rehap to get full movement back on it. During this time I’ve been to so many different specialists thinking it was a back problem and even after always telling them it all started not long after my ankle operation not one looked at this as the reason for my problems. Very frustrating mentally and physically and has cost me thousands
martin gray Sorry brother for having to deal with that :( PT failed me as well, which is when i started to figure it out for my self. You should check out my Web App. Great hip exercises on it.
That’s crazy. I busted my ankle really bad 2 years back playing basketball and learned these exercises for ankle strengthening/mobility. Had no idea it affected shins as well
Good knowledge, it’s a good remedy for my shin....
Thanks. Remember the exercises are always getting up dated and improved. If u click on the corex12 app link in the details of the video. It will show u the new up dated version of the ankle outs (under see app exercises) Similar one as in the video here. But better.
Wow... Really amazing... Thank you very much... I'm suffering from months 🙏🙏🙏
What if I have the pain on the interior side of my shin?
Pain killers
Works well...thanks a lot!
Great video.
what kind of intensity and frequency should we do these exercises? Should we be running at all while doing these?
Wow ... thanks alot ... this really works for me
Had shin splints 2 years ago, had my physio help out a lot and fixed it. It came back recently for marathon training and trying these exercises has me believing it will go! I’m also working on my calves now too. Does anyone know how many sets / often we should do these btw?
I get bad shin splints from walking (I could stand to lose 50 pounds so that probably makes it worse) so I’ll be trying these so I can get the cardio in.
Did it work?

It is a great exclusive product for getting rid of shin splints without the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.
That's crazy, I did the exercise without the band and it worked. Tried jogging in place and jump roping and the pain is gone
What about the posterior tibialis. How to isolate and strengthen that
So do the rehab exercises to reduce the stress on the splint and you can run still.
My shin split while running ,now I walk then I feel it was out of my leg ,I can't walk ,I also have partial ACL tear and meniscus tear , doctor do surgery ,I have too much pain
what you did to heal shin split?
Never had shin splints, I attribute it to going barefoot/ minimalist. Great improvements in running form and speed. High mileage is a challenge however I must admit.
He said, put down your toes down for this exercise now I’m in e excruciating pain
I would like to know where the foot cuff and strap used for these exercises can be purchased? Thanks!
Might try these I've been dealing with shin splints for about a year now every time I start training again the pain comes back.. I've tried supporting shoes, doing exercises for my feet (got flat feet) but it doesn't seem to help.. Ah I hate it
Same man, it sucks especially when youre in the military and your career revolves around running ect...
Nice video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Schallingora Smart Business Scheme (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one off product for stopping your painful shin splints minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my GF at very last got amazing results with it.
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover how to prevent shin splint try Mackorny Run Fast Blueprint (just google it )?

I've had splints for 4 years man.. it really steals alot of motivation when training 🥴
Definitely giving these a try now
@Dynamite that's just dumb... I tried pushing through when I never knew what this pain was and it just made it astronomically worse.
Wow 1 testimonial so it must work!
Is it a must to have that kind off belt around his foot for the exercise?
i hope this works am feeling the pain now like now !!! let's see if this works i will be back after 15 days
Let me know if u see any progress
Hello did it work?
I’m going to try this videos examples. I’ve been running recently at 32 to prepare for the army bct I leave in 2 and a half weeks so hopefully this helps. I get about 3 quarters of a mile and boom it feels like my legs are about to explode. You can see them swell up on my sock. Lol
It's very nice thank s
No rusalt but same pain
I have red TheraBand which I bought for rehab of shoulder after I felt on ice. But I don't know what is the correct intensity and number of repetitions. Finally excercise doable on couch with rubber around table :)
2 days ago and I got simply kneeled on my pillow to get something on the other side of my bed, and I was like, Ouch!
I was quite shocked that it hurt me a lot. I will follow all your exercises and I will get back to you. I like your video a lot. It really targets the part that's hurting on me... I'm your new follower and subscriber... 🙋♀️😊
How are you now
got that pain when I kneel ... If I don't kneel, there's n pain...
Are you pain free now?
Where do we get those straps?
Really helpful!
Would this work with posterior shin splints
I’m looking to try these exercises. Will they work with a rubber band?
Amazing video but how many sets and reps?
But how many repititions or sets do I have to do?
Really helpful thanks…
I don't understand why I like many other runners only get shin splints in one (lower) leg. How do you explain that? Because the other leg is stronger? And therefore comes down to muscle imbalances? I suffer from shin splints in my right leg but I'm left footed/legged.
Thank you i no longer feel the pain.
Azengear calf sleeves are also great for shin splints 👍
Do you have to do it with the band
Very nice 😮
Do these exercises work without any equipment? If not what are some substitutes or alternatives?
I have the same question
I have inner pain. How often should I do this? Thanks
I used to run like all the time but after I moved to different place i stop running and it's been like 5years and whenever I run it hurts the same area he points out
Hey I am a football player and I am wonder how I get rid of this pain because when the pain happens I can't run at full speed or the speed I want to is there any simple exercises that I can do without the equipment that is in this video
How long for your recovery
