Hi there! We have a "Fascia Health for Pets" program that you can purchase. It teaches you how to use your hands to help your pets. We seen amazing results. 3 minutes per finger is correct, 12 mins per hand.
Hi there! It creates space and independent movement of the toes. Toe strength is so important as we age to prevent falls. It helps relieve foot pain. Improves balance. Helps with walking properly. Opens up circulation and energy channels for the whole body.
This is great to learn! I've got scar tissue on my hands from Dupuytren's release surgery (which didn't work, sadly) and wonder if this will help ? Also what are your thoughts on wearing barefoot shoes?
Hi Cindy! This will help. You can also apply pressure to the scar with your opposite hand. Include that action daily and see if it feels better. Barefoot shoes are an excellent choice. We do like them here at Block Therapy.

Hi, thx for this!! I have a right frozen diaghram from delta covid in 2021. I can tell my upper body has collapsed some. I was hoping it would heal but the phrenic nerves must be damaged. Any thoughts?
First thing is to concentrate on your breath. The diaphragmatic breath is important. You will want to practice breathing such that when you inhale your belly expands, and when you exhale, the belly squeezes small. This should be how you breathe all of the time. Practice will make perfect. Second, block work in the core will help create additional heat to help release the diaphragm. are you supposed to go one toe at a time? I tried a few times but did it with all toes on one foot at time (like I was clasping hands except one hand was the foot)
Some people do all toes or all fingers at once in order to save time, however I don't feel that all spaces get the same attention when doing it that way. I prefer doing one or two at a time max.
I am a bit confused - when explaining the release for the toes you said to hold each one for 3 minutes. Then when you were explaining the release for the fingers you first said ti hold for 3 breaths and then you said ti hold for 3 minutes. So which is the correct length of time?
Hi there! It is 3 mins between each digit (toe or finger). Toe Lesson Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably. Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between all toes, and do the work daily. Hands Lesson For your hands, place the webbing of the same finger pairing together and press until you find some pain. Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between each finger, including between your thumb and first finger.
Hi Diana, I am doing block therapy since 1 month for my cellulite and spider veins. But since then I got much more spider veins.Do you think that it is possible those new veins will fade away by time or it will stay as an side effect ? And how much time it will take for them to fade away? I hope for an answer 🙏
Toe spreaders are not the same as doing the actual toe work. Toe spreaders are personal preference. The toe work is: Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably. Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between all toes, and do the work daily.

I have the same question as someone else: Can you do the whole hand at once?.... by putting pressure on the webbing in between the fingers with the fingers of the other hand and interlacing all the fingers at the same time? Then doing the other hand by switching the pressure to the webbing between the fingers on that hand?
Hi there! Some people do all fingers at the same time in order to save time. I believe you get more benefit doing one or two at a time. That way you can focus on the area worked on.
Hi Sandra! Block Therapy does help with that. We have an amazing facebook group if you would like to see what others are saying on the subject. Here is a link: facebook.com/groups/1888044614779525/
You can be in whatever position is comfortable for you. You can even use tools to make reaching your toes easier. For example, a thin wooden dowel approximately 3 or 4 feet long can used. With that you can be in a seated position, place dowel between your toes and angle back to put pressure into the webbing. Hope this helps!
Hi there! We use wooden blocks. We started with cedar, then went to bamboo, and are now making them out of Elm. The common denominator is that all are similar in density to our bone.

are you supposed to go one toe at a time? I tried a few times but did it with all toes on one foot at time (like I was clasping hands except one hand was the foot)
Some people do all toes or all fingers at once in order to save time, however I don't feel that all spaces get the same attention when doing it that way. I prefer doing one or two at a time max.
I am a bit confused - when explaining the release for the toes you said to hold each one for 3 minutes. Then when you were explaining the release for the fingers you first said ti hold for 3 breaths and then you said ti hold for 3 minutes. So which is the correct length of time?
I was thinking same thing!
Hi there! It is 3 mins between each digit (toe or finger).
Toe Lesson
Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably. Hold for 3 minutes.
Do this between all toes, and do the work daily.
Hands Lesson
For your hands, place the webbing of the same finger pairing together and press until you find some pain.
Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between each finger, including between your thumb and first finger.

Can you do the whole hand at once?
The practice of Block Therapy can help melt through scar tissue regardless of how the scar was made.
Is it 3 minutes between each finger/toe or 3 minutes in total for each hand/foot?
It's 3 minutes between each finger/toe.
Following!
Maybe the release of the cellulite is revealing veins that were already there.
Can we extend this by also using toe spreaders?
Toe spreaders are not the same as doing the actual toe work. Toe spreaders are personal preference. The toe work is:
Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably.
Hold for 3 minutes. Do this between all toes, and do the work daily.
@@Fluidisometrics Why can't I do the hand webs all together, rather than singly?
Is it three minutes (36 min total for hands and feet) or 3 breaths between each digit?

Many thanks Dr. Its really great content "secret"❤
😍✨THANK 🌷🌻🌹✨🙏🏽💓💞💞
You're welcome!
I have the same question as someone else:
Can you do the whole hand at once?.... by putting pressure on the webbing in between the fingers with the fingers of the other hand and interlacing all the fingers at the same time? Then doing the other hand by switching the pressure to the webbing between the fingers on that hand?
Hi there! Some people do all fingers at the same time in order to save time. I believe you get more benefit doing one or two at a time. That way you can focus on the area worked on.
Three minutes or three breathes?
Hi! Hold each position for 3 minutes.
It would be wonderful if this would help Morton's Neuroma. Is that a possibility?
Hi Sandra! Block Therapy does help with that. We have an amazing facebook group if you would like to see what others are saying on the subject. Here is a link:

@@Fluidisometrics thank you for the link. I will request to join the group
How many times a day can you do this??
Hi there! You can do this once a day, every day. If you want to do it more, you can.
I have to bend down as I can't put my leg the way you can. Do I have to sit straight to get the best effects. Great video ❤

Thank you!
