Player on right normal summons/sets a monster twice on same turn at 05:50 . Normal summoned Grepher, activates effect of Grepher, Grepher gets Bottomless Trap Hole'd. Player on right activates Plague, opponent chains oppression, then right player sets a monster before ending turn.

This is considered both players's fault in most card games. I don't know what Yugioh considers this, should be both players's fault in my opinion.

I believe you can still activate hamster, even if you have no targets, to kill it with oppression.

flip effects activate no matter what I believe. I don't know for sure because Yugioh documentation on rules is not something I've read if it exists.

Yes it still activates even if there’s no targets in the deck !

I run system down because everyone's running that machina turbo deck at locals lol. I don't run it in online tournaments, but I stay playing vs that machina deck at locals.
You can't run Cyber Dragons in DHZ because there's not enough room in the extra for Chimeratech. No other really good options.

I cut the doomkaiser for it, love doomkaiser but I like the extra pressure cydra can bring in some matchups.
