I love how thorough and easy to understand Dr. Chi is. I am at the crossroads now and was told by my doctor that he suggests the surgery and the reasons why. She just confirmed everything he said. I feel so much better about moving forward now. Thank you Dr. Chi!

I had hand surgery, two fingers. During recovery, occupational therapists taught me various finger exercises; however, on my own but too late I discovered one they missed. It consists in closing the hand like a fist and then with the other hand forcing the four fingers down toward the palm of the hand. Not with extreme force but keeping like it for a good ten-minute every time: Done from the beginning, this would have given my hand more movement, as now it does not completely close as a fist compared to the other hand and probably will remain like it for the rest of my life.
