Could easily go to Panther, but Cap could also take it. I would say 5.5/10 to Steve. He has a slight edge, but it could go either way.

So the shield argument is thrown out the window if we are to assume (which is a fair assumption considering cap’s shield is no where near as advanced as anything Wakanda has created) that they can recreate cap’s shield at any given time. So the “cap’s shield” argument is kinda invalid. That’s all I gotta say about that specific take

Strength - Cap has shown more degrees of physical strength and with much less effort. He can casually throw Ultron threw a stone column with one arm, punch Iron Man into a corner, pull down a helicopter with one arm, and put up resistance against Thanos.
Reflexes - BP. He is all about quick attacks and cat-like reflexes.
Durability - even with his vibranium suit, BP has shown to be less durable than Cap. Cap has taken punches from Winter Soldier and Iron Man, survived punches from Thanos, and the only character to take a direct hit from the Power Stone and get back up.

I don’t think Rogers would win if they were both suited up. T’Challa has a massive advantage being the leader of the country that possesses almost all of the worlds supply of vibranium, which is indestructible and a huge power source. He literally a full suit of it. In a bare knuckle brawl though, they seem pretty comparable physically, but Rogers has way more experience, more resolve, and more force of will. Not to mention he’s never let his inner conflicts cloud his judgement or decision making, even when it came to Buckey. T’Challa pretty much spent the first two movies he was in first being blinded by has emotions about his father’s death in Civil War, and then by his pride during his first fight with Killmonger, causing him to almost die.
