Seven Bakkie Drag Race! New Ranger vs New Amarok vs Hilux vs D-Max vs Navara vs Triton vs P-Series

This is part 1 of our 2023 Bakkie Shootout Series. After a substantial number of emails, we've lined up seven of South Africa's favourite bakkies for a drag race which will be followed by an in-depth comparison test, look out for that on our channel soon.
In this video, we hired a disused runway outside Cape Town and lined up all seven bakkies on a chilly winter's morning.
This race features the new 2023 Ford Ranger 2.0 BiTurbo, the new 2023 Volkswagen Amarok 2.0BiTDI, the Toyota Hilux 2.8 GD-6 Legend, Mitsubishi Triton 2.4DI-D, the brand new 2023 GWM P-Series LTD 2.0TD, the Nissan Navara 2.5DDTi and the 2023 Isuzu D-Max 3.0TD.
