UPDATE! In the last two months, I've traveled 4 times and have found myself bringing the PORTA every. single. time! It's so convenient and doesn't take up a lot of space in my luggage. The PORTA has cemented itself as one of my travel necessities. Recently brought it on vacation with my mom and she LOVES IT and wants to buy one for herself and as a gift for my cousin 😊
That’s exactly what I just commented on the last review I watched they expected it to make their hair pin straight. It’s not meant for that. It’s meant for a touch up on the go. 🤦🏻♀️ wonderful review 🙏🏼🤍😊
Hi Sabrina- I’ve had mine for 8 months and it still works. I’d try contacting TYMO’s customer support. If mine dies, I’ll definitely make a video about it bc modern day electronics should def last longer than a few months…it’s upsetting when they don’t!

Can it be used on wet hair?
EVERYONE DON’T BELIEVE IT. MINE DIED AFTER ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND IT DIDN’T WORK ANYMORE.

Is it dual voltage and can we use while it’s plugged in also?
International dual voltage 100V - 240V and I'd say no because the charging cable is short
