I don’t know what people are talking about the GHD side looks better. They look the same. You could see the Tymo was more gentle and didn’t take so long. I guess some people will always stick to their more expensive brands because that’s how they market and target them because it’s “expensive and branded”. So it must be top of the line right? Tymo showed you can still have a cheaper brand with the same results. It looks sleek and not bulky. The wave at the end looks cool too. Thanks for the review.
I feel like whoever said GHD side is better is getting paid to say it 😂 Not only did the TYMO side look better, it was like half the price. No Brainer in my opinion

I like the Tymo. The Tymo leaves a little body. You can get the same pin straight look with a flat iron
My hair didn’t love the Tymo, I was surprised. My hair is transitioning from chemical straightening to natural curls, and it worked better on my natural hair but was difficult to use on the slippery straightened hair. I used Chi and GHD irons for years, and then I bought the Amika straightening brush and never looked back. I love it, it’s so fast and doesn’t leave my hair as flat as an iron. Every one of my friends who has used mine bought their own and loved it. I can get the roots very well with it, kinkier hair maybe not. I haven’t had as good of luck with other straightening brushes, the oval shape in particular is my least favorite. Thank you for putting your hair through all of this for Vlogmas Julissa! It’s been a treat to see you every day. :)

The ghd side is much sleeker but tymo is such an affordable option plus your ends look soo pretty with that one.

The GHD side looks shinier and better. I own the glide over a year and although the result is beautiful but I regret getting it. I have to be VERY careful like go through my hair very slowly and small section at a time otherwise it pulls. I have thick frizzy hair a bit wavy but not curly. The result is amazing and my hair still looks beautiful the next day but I don’t recommend it due to the price, pulls my hair and often my hair has burnt smell not sure why but it seems too hot. I use my iron at 370F without issues only the glide seems to burn my hair at same temperature. My hair is thinning so I can’t risk anything that pulls my hair.
I do like the Tymo side better!

I’ve used the TYMO. I have very curly and thick hair. For me, the TYMO does straighten my hair but it pulls. It gets caught in my curly hair (which is brushed out before straightening) and it pulls the hair making it very painful. It will give the straightened hair body but I like to straighten my hair pin straight (since I like a sleek straightened look when I’m straightening my hair). After the painful experience with the TYMO, I usually go over the straightener hair with a straightener to make it pin straight. Lately, I’ve been using my TYMO straightener, instead of the TYMO straightener curler, when I’m straightening my hair. There’s no painful tugging and I get the results that I want.
But to each their own. If you’re experiencing no pain when using a TYMO straightener curler or any other brand then good for you. Stick with what you’re comfortable using.
I just got my GDH glide a couple of months ago and I love it. I feel like it’s an all in 1 because I don’t have to go through with a flat iron plus a comb and it goes through the end of my hair to make sure it’s all sleek and smooth.

I have curly hair and I want straight hair and my friend said the tymo ring hair straighter comb is amazing to get straight hair but how can I keep my hair straight and keep it from not get curly again
I like the GHD side better, I think its more straighter. A true comparison would be at the same temperature, I think you used the TYMO at a higher setting. Does it get your hair this straight if you use the lower setting?

GHD glide is the best-heated straightener brush in this category (Only if you prefer a straightening brush)- I have tried Conair one as well.
But GHD always 🏆 A little costly but it works for the price. The only downside is that it doesn't have more heat setting options.

Smoke probably because you are in an humid weather, according some comments you did in another video. That explains why 2 tools smoked.
I’ve got the tymo but the other version didn’t work for me
I dont know my hair isnt that curly but at the end my hair become frizzy hair ends after streightning by tymo how to fix that
FYI. I have both of them. GHD GLIDE pulls my hair much more than TYMO.
