      Glad you dig it. I make the music in a program called Ableton Live and the animation was made in Adobe After Effects :)

    Been years since I fished in the winter. I used Sidewinder spoons and Hopkins spoons. Find them schooled up on a brush pile and load the boat.

    We were just fishen a couple of days ago using gold colored spoons in about 15 ft in private lake here in Athens. We brought them in too. Thanks some some finer points though.

      I'm trying, Right now I'm having major issues with screen flutter from my units. One day out of 20 there won't be a problem but most of the time there is, and I can't get these units to recognize my SD cards so I'm not about to do screen shots either.

    Awesome info! I’ve been trying to catch them on a spoon on watts bar for the last couple of weeks. Can’t seem to get them to bite it. Fishing around a lot of bait fish too.

    What size world wide spoon were using? What size swivel? You mentioned you needed to go up in lb. flurocarbon, what lb. do you recommend for fishing this way?

      I was using the 5". It comes with a swivel and I use 15 to 20lb line.

      Brandon Smith silver, gold. The classic red stripe has been good for me before. Idk why, or if it’s related to the same thing with red lipless cranks.
      I guess the shad colors could be fine but I figure the fish isn’t seeing much but the flash of color on the flutter?

    Hey Gene, I was wondering at what temp is the water too cold for bass? Like, at what point should I just throw my tackle in the closet until the water warms up in the Spring?

      I've caught bass with half the lake frozen over. It was tough but I did it. It all boils down to if you are able to put up with the cold and work hard to find and catch them.

    Great video just got off the water caught 24 this morning but I think I should have caught over 50 !! They were schooled up in the back of a creek just couldn't get them to hit anything!! They were feeding on 1 inch shad just could not match them !! What can I do differently you name it I probably threw it today !!

      Yes. I throw 8 & 9" spoons into shallow water at times.

    You would have to have a boat or full size bed to carry that 7'3" rod he uses.

      7ft is an average length for a bass rod these days. I used to travel with them in my Toyota Corolla. Now I travel with them in the cab of my Tundra.

      Put your rods in the cab , butt end in the passenger floorboard. I’ve carried 9’ fly rods in my Nissan Murano this way

    Not a big fan of the spoon but that’s slowly changing with all the water pressure lately… Never really fished it much, always threw a jig, but this is kinda a jig too in its own special way… so I went to lake Varner and became a fan of the flutter spoon 😂😂😂
