I often wondered who Lorna resembled as she looks nothing like Judy and not much like Sid Luft, as well. I now see the resemblance between Lorna and her aunt, Mary Jane, Judy's oldest sister, especially photos of Mary Jane in which she is not wearing makeup.

I have time say, even though Margaret Hamilton plays the wicked witch of the west, Judy's mom was the real wicked witch of the west. Her mom ratted her out and didn't care about them. She forced them to be famous and give drugs to make them stay awake. Anyways, Margaret actually cared for Judy. In fact, she is the only one (that I know) that cared for Judy in the making of "The Wizard Of Oz." Poor Judy an Margaret in the making if the film. Margaret ende up in the hospital because of the fire came early and Judy was forced to go on a diet and have 80-100 cigarettes a day at a young age. Her mother forced her to join MGM. They deserved better. 😢
In every single interview she made, when she was asked about the trio she had with her sisters, Judy would always go on about how "horrible" they sounded. I think they actually sound pretty decent, making close harmonies and with a good sense of pitch. But of course, once Roger Edens started influencing Judy's musical taste, she probably decried "the old act" because she'd gone so much further beyond that trio's limitations.
Let me tell yo something about the gumm sister when Ethel was pregnant and when they found out it was a girl they wanted a boy and Judy was born in 1922 her mom made her a singer because she sang jingle bell with her sister everyone spread rumor her father was a bio sexual and in 1935 she did a quote " I am fat and I am not worth it" and Virginia told Judy your not like Shirley temple and Judy say Deanna was "perfect because when she came they fired.
