Aqua-Vu AV722 Initial Review

Not impressed for the money. Too many design misses such as:
-RCA video output cable. Listed as RCA per Aqua-Vu but is actually a micro USB cable output with an included RCA to USB-A to USB-C triple adapter.
- I'm saddened to see a new product released with the worst and only obsolete of the USB options. Micro USB was phased out of cell phones around 2010 due to mechanical weakness and a low insertion life.
-Cannot charge camera through the included case. It's a great case but needing to remove the device to charge it or use RCA output defeats the purpose. I'd rather have the case be the unit and the 1/4-20 mounting threads be on the case.
-Magsplool magnet is too weak and often falls off when removing camera from case.
-Magspool magnet is nice but no why to physically log magspool to unit. If unit fell it risks damage and strain on cords.
-camera cord does not seen to detach from monitor.
-no physical connection to the magpool or unit. Therefore camera just flops around when you have to move the camera and you're not underwater viewing.
Overall, I never even turn the camera on. I am so dissatisfied in the design and deceptive product description I will be returning it.
I cannot reccomend this product but I can make numerous suggestions for a future product.
