- Finally making progress rebuilding this kitchen. Not exactly what we thought we signed up for when this project started, but alas, we are where we are. This week we conquer tiling a whole room for the first time ever. We used Schulter Ditra XL uncoupling and waterproofing membrane. Hope you enjoy the video this week. Let us know what you think!

Looking good! I would have never thought about hexagon tiles being more difficult. I’m sure it’s worth it in the long run though.

Seeing as I enjoyed your video with the arborvitae ( I’d love to see how much they’ve grown In just the few months you’ve had them in) figured I’d check your most recent vid out.
I’ve remodeled my kitchen/s multiple times over the decades , never fun. 😂
Definitely not fun! We were just talking about how good the arborvitae’s look so we will be posting an update soon. I wish we would have measured them in height and around to keep track, but they definitely look like they have grown this spring. Thank you for watching!!
