Making my dream trench coat GONE WRONG! I ripped a hole in my coat and ruined it! McCalls8246

In this video I attempt to make my own classic trench coat. I'm using McCalls8246 for this project and ran into some trouble. Oh, I would have been so sad too after all that work, but you managed to save it.
Would love to know what size you cut out. I have the pattern and the illustration looks very oversized so I am not sure how the sizing works on this.
Also, where did you get your fabric?

Sorry for super late response, I got the fabric from Joann’s, the outer wear section! It’s been so long I can’t remember what size I cut and I don’t have the pattern with me anymore! Sorry!!
