Thanks Darlene I'm having a crapass day and this video made me smile a few times. I am having mobility problems at this time so it was thrill lol to me at least about getting a great deal on the coat and ornaments. I recognized a couple or so that we did have in the 60's a until the last one was smashed. I started thinking how I can get someone to help get my mini Christmas tree and mini ornaments out of the storage in the buildings scary basement. The one thing that made me smile the Biggest was when Rocket made his appearance. He looks so warm and cuddly! Thanks for doing stuff like this it was nice to feel happy

Hears a little idea for you for the Christmas decorations. You mentioned they have no clips... I use those metal or plastic paper clips unfolded. Put one folded end into bauble and the other end hook onto the tree. A good and cheap idea item which you already propably have have at home... Happy Holidays!!!

Before we had big dogs in the house...lol...My son and I would do puzzles in the dining room floor...We would just walk around it if we needed too, but it was nice because we didn't have to worry about how big it was. I had Norman Rockwell puzzles that were huge, and the corners would hang off the coffee tables, it was too funny, so the floor was perfect. I think my sister had a piece of wood that she would do hers on and then slide it under the bed when she wasn't working on it

Puzzles are so much fun to me too. I’m retired and finally have extra time to do whatever I want. I also get clothes from the thrift store occasionally. A friend who has more money than she could ever spend introduced me to thrift shopping. It’s really fun, every now and then I find something really nice.

What a awesome find I love it! Houndstooth is one of my favorites I actually make myself a lined jacket kinda like the one you bought , I made it back in the 80’s and I still have and still love it and still wear it! Love Little Rock so fun to see him.❤

Living in the Rio Grande Valley TX we rarely need a coat, but I have a sweater type coat that's mid thigh and a dark gray with bronze buttons and a tie belt that I never use.

Oh Darlene don't open the hem. Open a seam in the lining . Reach in to take the seam of coat in. Then close the lining seam with the machine. Then the hems stay nice.
But I want to shorten it too. I have no issues with cutting the bottom of the liner. Hemming the two pieces separately and just leaving the liner loose.
