Beautiful stuff, I have land and doing the same in the DRC, I try opening a small farm to produce affordable stuff for locals, I will soon visit Zambia as I have family and friends there, my father loves Zambia as well so I must visit.

How do you handle the lack of rain in the long dry season?
We build up mulch as much as possible which does help a lot. But even we were caught by surprise with the early dry season...
