I've just caught up with this. He's a fantastic speaker and those words eight months ago have aged well. It's interesting that he started is coaching career early through injury so has had the time to do the ground work, while retired footballers becoming managers always seem to be playing catchup . He's taking over at Ipswich at about the same age as Bobby Robson and started coaching at about the same age, also after retiring from playing through injury. Let's hope he follows the same path
