    have you considered creating a program for disc golf? One of the fastest growing sports in the world right now. Im interested and know of others that would be as well. Just a thought.

    What age (ish) would you suggest starting the pyramid? Before middle school?

      You can start the foundation before middle school dealing with body weight or very light weight. End of middle school start of freshman year start to add more strength training.
