@@Bring.me.bars07 Too be honest, i don’t really know the exact cause or what it was, because I never went to a doctor. I just knew, that my shoulder would hurt in many movements, so therefore I stopped doing them for 5 Months. I also never really stretched or did a lot of excersises for the shoulder. But it could be something like yours.
@elias432 confirm me if it was the same, you can't twist your arm around, you can't swing it, you can't take it behind the head and anything over head hurts, raisinh it laterally is fine unless you take it above your head and sharp pain when you move it rapidly due to rapid response
@@Bring.me.bars07 I am not sure about everything you said, but one thing that i do remember, is that everything over my head or behind my back hurt very badly. Even hanging from a bar was painful. Excersises like 'skin the cat', where your hands are behind your back, were impossible to perform. And one strange thing is that excersises like push ups also hurt, eventhough your hands are in front of you. In my 5 months calisthenics recovery phase i really focused on bicep excersies, like bicep curls. I hope this helps
@@MinhAnh-hw6oo I actually stopped my planche Training. I trained it for about 2 weeks last year, but stopped really quickly, because it wasn’t the path I wanted to be on. I will definitely train the planche in the future, but for now I am happy with my progress. 💪🔥
