I listened to Alexey live in the fall of 2019 at the open air jazz festival’ coffee and jazz’ in Pavlovsk near Saint Petersburg. The way he plays is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is he a great musician but also he teaches the youth how to handle this tricky instrument.

Damn, just found out about jazz vibraphones about 2 minutes ago, literally. Opening up with one of the most beautiful melodies I've ever heard in this tune.

Between this guy and others like Cal Tjader and Milt Jackson vines are just too cool. Love the swinging lounge feel the seem to produce.

These guys are good, and I can tell they've spent a lot of time listening to jazz played here in the States. They have learned well. Some of the best jazz vibraphonist were/are men like: Milt Jackson (1923-1999), Bobby Hutcherson, Jay Hoggard, Steve Shapiro, Joe Locke. These are just a few names of jazz vibraphonist here in the States. It would be interesting to discover who inspired Alexey.
