    I don't have any patience for tube tire changing....I hated it with bicycles as a kid...lol.
    The most valuable thing I learned from your channel is the simplicity of those little engines, and how cheap they are to repair.
    Nice work. 👍

      I know time laps hides a lot of the details but I'll tell you, if I put any more soap and water on that thing I would have started a pond! I was using everything I had. The tires were pretty hard so I'm assuming they had some shelf time to them!

    I like the quote that the video ended with. Don’t get me wrong the video is cool. I have 3 ssr’s i am rebuilding. We’ll one almost done, one kinda finished as we got plastics today and then one down to a frame. We got a tao Tao also 110cc. Some goof ball put wrong spark plug in it locked it up. That one is a complete rebuild . I have to get a back swing arm, tank and odds and ends for the 3rd ssr. The video was cool glad i took the time to watch start to finished. Great content. Bike came out looking sweet!

    Hot tip soo u don't punched tubes when installing them again use hot soapy water it makes the tyre alot easier to get on and off the it makes the tire a bit softer and the soap lubricates the tire. The tube put about 10psi in it it stops u from pinching your tube and using hot soapy water makes the tire soft and lubricates the tire for easy installing no screw drives needed to put the tire over the bead

    • @matthewreardon5694
      @matthewreardon5694 4 роки тому +1

      Just push down hard on the tire and just be careful the tube doesn't get stuck under the tire

    Liked your video, I’m well aware this an older video and I’m sure it’s been said already but I think the spacer is a round aluminum/steel tube roughly an inch long or smaller that goes to the left of the brake caliper, thus putting the caliper up against the frame when you tighten the rear nut. Hope this helps next time.

    Looks good but two things killed me the powder coat on the spokes made it look cheap and the revving it while it's on choke without letting it just warm up. Lol good job tho I'm in the middle of a rebuild/refresh on my DR-Z400 supermoto. But I'm looking at buy one of these for my daughter are all the parts easy to source?

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  4 роки тому +1

      I appreciate the feedback. The spokes were defiantly an over site on my part, mostly from an adjustable point. Cosmetically speaking everyone has the own opinions. Right call on rolling the throttle. I was a bit excited since the project took so long to get to that part! When it comes to parts they are all pretty universal for the 125cc bikes. I've used VMC for years on parts, but also eBay and Amazon carry almost everything you need as well.

      Powder coating is the most durable paint they offer. It holds up great and I highly recommend it if you can fit the cost into your build budget.
