    Thank you very much. The tip on disconnecting the electrical fitting before removing (or replacing the bulb was invaluable!

    Perfect! I had to pull out 3 10mm bolts underneath each side. Took me like 7 minutes. Glad these simple maintenance things are easy on these cars. Thanks for the video 😁

    Thank you for this video, you made it a lot easier then the other video I watched that made me not want to try this. Thanks to you I was able to do this on my own and didn't take long at all.

    I like the music. Very chill, not too loud.

    This works, but involves a lot of work. I found I could replace the passenger side one easily from the hood. The driver side one required pulling out the battery, but still easier than crawling underneath.

      I sat next to the car and was able to reach up underneath just fine. Had to do it just by touch but after watching this video had no issues :)

    That “ weather cover” actually has 3 screws and can be completely removed. While I like the way you did it, I find that way causes me and my bigger arms to get scratched up pretty bad. Mentioning to use the old robber gasket from the bulb you’ve removed is what separates your videos from others. The rubber gaskets on led or aftermarket halogens tend to be thicker and firmer making getting the bulbs into the headlight housing’s 3 tab slots almost impossible. I’ll be doing my fog lights on my 2017 Highlander today as the bulbs in there are OEM and even though I am not one of those people who constantly runs the fogs the bulbs have at least 100 hours total run time on them.

      I just wanted to update on my fog light led install. I actually did it the way you suggested on the weather cover removal, but guess what…….. I forgot your advice about the plastic restriction on the bulb housing and I struggled for over 30 minutes to “ figure it out “. Finally it clicked in my head about removing the plug first and it went smoothly after that.

    Those LED lights blind oncoming drivers. As a professional truck driver I would love to see them outlawed!

    • @trackpalmer
      @trackpalmer  Місяць тому

      Not all LEDs are the same. I see them on trucks too. I hope your truck doesn’t have any LED headlights

    • @Huntnfish74916
      @Huntnfish74916 Місяць тому

      @@trackpalmer it doesn’t…the company I drive for refuses to put them in their trucks. LED lights are too damn bright and most people who have them could care less if they cause accidents.

    BEST TO Do FROM INSIDE For DRIVER SIDE. MOVE THE BATTERY BaCK- fir that ONE front BOLT on battery bracket gets UNDCREWED, REACH IN FROM UNDER THE HOOD. 10 MIN

    What size is the light bulb

    • @trackpalmer
      @trackpalmer  2 роки тому +1

      The size varies depending on the plan. What is important is the connection which is H11. I realized that I had the wrong link in the description and then I updated that
