    G'day there, Ken & Ziville
    I don't know how I missed this episode, but I must say that Aquarius was looking to be in fine fettle.
    Happy New Year to both of you too.
    Cheers, Jack

    I have to say I love all things boating but the true thing that has had me hooked from the start, which must be a new worlds record, I guessing at 44 inches are your legs Zivile, you are awesome. Don’t feel bad Ken you know you are my brother at heart.😁🇨🇦

    Back in the 80'S, i would anchor off one of the island's that had a Hugh fresh water lake,[maybe an extinct volcano ?], we would dinghy ashore and do laundry, bathe, take on water in jerry can's, it was so refreshing.

    How much do you spend money in one month to maintain a boat(Exactly for Amel)? Thank you

    • @SailingAquarius
      @SailingAquarius  4 роки тому +1

      $1500 per month.... Average....

      Maintenance costs of a yacht is a very difficult question. People who have money... Spend money. Budget boaters like myself fix things and make sure equipment is installed properly so it does not fail.
      I own a custom 65ft steel sailboat and spend Alot less than 1500$ a month. But.... Everything in the boat I installed myself.
      30 yrs of boating experience let's me make wize choises so money is not wasted.
      The biggest cost for a boat owner is.... New boat owners will be taken advantage by marina pirates.
      This includes boat brokers.

      We are planning to go back to Malaysia! Might be in a few months! Malaysia has to open their boarders. We love Langkawi!

    A minor comment: there are no Taifuns in Malaysia

    Why nobody is sailing in Chinese waters, will be unique. Not ready for the moment, but we will do it one day. First earning some more money, then buy the boat.
