How do I actually get in touch with these small suppliers? It's easy to find some of the ingredients but some of them are almost impossible to find in the UK, at least in small amounts

There are a few here in UK. I have all the supplies and you can actually do not have to use exactly what she had on the recipe. Look for alternatives based on the type of surfactants used. Decyl glucoside is readily available in online cosmetic shops like bayhlisearomatjvs, the soap kitchen etc, sodium cocoyl gluconate can also be bought from those online shops as well as amazon.
