In all your videos you start with a straddle hang can you just do a quick breakdown of how you get into it because I was never taught that way I can actually do everything else that you show otherwise
Straddle hang is just a normal inversion if you know what a straddle inversion/inversion is. Basically, you put the hammock behind your back. Then put your shoulders through like a back pack. Grab the hammock (one side in each hand) and from there hoist your legs up and bring your back upside down and you’ll be in an upside down straddle. I hope you understood that, sorry if u didn’t. Hopefully you already know how to do it since nobody replied, but that’s how you get in. Hope I helped!
Lauren in the gym Thanks for that because I think I was just maybe not strong enough to do it but I seem to be able to do it now it’s part ability part having the strength I think it is a lot of core strength and I got sort of out of shape. This girl is a course in tremendous shape but I am 50 years old trying to get back into shape
