However, there are many amazing businesses that never really fulfil their potential, and with them many business owners that never fulfil the lifestyle they set out in business to achieve.
In this video series, I am addressing one of the fundamental areas that businesses fail through, and that is setting up their business structures correctly and knowing the essential functions of each stage of business growth.
Today I tackle the 'solopreneur' business structure and their challenges and which essential functions the challenges fit into.

What a comprehensive breakdown of the essential functions and challenges of being a solopreneur! As a solopreneur, I can relate to the challenges in this video. However, one challenge that should have been mentioned early is the hassle of invoicing and expense tracking. That's why I highly recommend investing in an invoicing tool like InvoiceBerry. It's a small investment that can save you time and money in the long run.
