Very interesting video. I regognize myself in all of the struggle you mentionned earlier. I'm still a solopreneur and it's difficult for me to wear all those hats, especially beacause I have an other full time job. I have to focus on the product pillar and start delegating the marketting part.
Yes it’s very difficult at the beginning especially if you’re not working on your business full time. Try to keep things super simple at this stage and don’t overcomplicate things. Work on ONE thing at a time but still understand that if you’re performing a different function that’s not part of your responsibilities as a CEO of your business then it’s not your main role. Hi, I love your videos, it really helped me to get out of employee mindset and start to think like business owner and CEO. Currently I'm trying to wok on my org structure for my new service business. Although I'm having trouble understanding the difference between operation in the business pillar with production and delivery in product pillar. What does production and delivery from product pillar mean for service type of business perspective? And how does it differ from operation from business pillar?
Lack of systems and processes. I am a creative ( silversmith) and visionary, but i love streamlined processes and did not really know where to start. Your videos are slowly bringing the clarity I am needing so much. I used to think I am a perfectionist but I indetify now that often i do not bring things to an end out of fear or out of lack of streamlined systems and processes. Thank you so much for your fun and informative videos. I am on a steep learning curve :)

Yes the jewellery market is huge, quite intimidating-exciting you know so who is launching such an interesting aspect of jewelry, I´d love to receive some more info so i can cheer them on :). I don´t know about being ahead of the curve :). I love streamlined processes but waste a lot of time trying to make it perfect. I need to focus and take quicker decisions I think. The business has already launched, with quite poor online presence ( website and social media), doing it as a sidekick for first, and I have decided to take the plunge a few weeks ago to go at it full time. I am binge watching your videos- the best I found so far. Thank you for your offer to cover topics that might be useful- will remember it!
Hi-thank you for an excellent video! I'm an Evaluator and have been a solo business with 1-2 contractors. I need to hire competent staff, a bookkeeper and understand their role and how it will help my business, develop a communication system for work-at-home contractors, and I need to develop systems and processes. Seems like a lot for one person.

If you are not going to look for funding or borrow money, the trick is to get quick win revenue into the business so you can use a portion of that to hire the most time consuming tasks that you do not have to do. It also depends on how much you want to grow by and what your 'end destination' is for your business and for you (they're not always the same thing). Keep going... You can do this! Feel free to ask me any questions or mention any topics you'd like me to do a video on :)
