Thank you for enjoying this vid, it's actually an HD rebroadcast from Movistar TV from Spain. FOM has broadcastr master tapes of very high quality which can be used for such purposes (see the Senna movie for example), aside from major network's own archived footage

Did Movistar broadcast this with the BBC commentary? Or did you just overlay that on the video?

no, the BBC commentary was added later from the original maker of the video as an alternate audio choice.
