When a part of my body is sick or damaged (in this case my feet) I treat that part as a separate entity. For about half an hour each evening I stroke it and say comforting words to it. When I tried this for the first time, it was amazing. I was actually able to sleep through the whole night. It’s been 6 weeks of insomnia for me and this actually worked. Since then, I’ve been meditating with this sound and after just 15-20 I fall into a deep sleep. I’ve tried other therapeutic sounds but for some reason this one really works for me. Amazing! It can be caused by bacteria called bartonella. Its typical symptom
That sure sounds like peripheral nerve damage. Mine was initially caused by B12 deficiency (which was caused by chronic diarrhea for years). It can be caused from B6 deficiency also. All the B vitamins are nerve vitamins. It can also be caused by hypothyroidism. So there are many things that can damage the nerves.

I cannot believe how this worked! I was still awake and having shooting nerve pains in my heel and arch until after 3am when I turned this on. The pain started to fade, and I fell right to sleep!!

I started studying sound frequencies for healing after surgery in Sept last year. Some recordings work-at-home don't. This one is the most effective I have found against Peripheral Neuropathy. I've noticed that the tracks put out by Good Vibes are uniformly useful. They know which frequencies work for which condition. I have researched about this subject and some of the causes may be heavy metals, look for the heavy metal detox book... also make sure you do not carry any trauma, many times the hidden traumas in the unconscious generate diseases, for that meditate and use self-hypnosis so that the trauma comes out... I don't have headphones but I am listening anyway. I have severe neuropathy in my arms, hands, legs and feet because of cervical myelopathy. i am a recovering alcoholic. i was fine 3 month ago and then suddenly my legs started burning and within a week my body even some of my face now my left hand and some of the right. im only 30 and was on top of the world. my mom brought me a shower chair and a cane and ive been missing work. crying and yelling everyday. as soome as the sun goes down im in agony even more. ive been having panic attacks thinking im dying and ill never walk right or live right again. i was literally ontop of a mountain 3 months ago and now seems like life is just over. hit the bottle again even harder because this came on after on after my dad suddenly passed. i know this is long but ive been trying everything.. i could cry right now. like another comment said 5 minutes in and im tingling? but not like nuero. like buzzing? idk im praying so so hard. for myself and the rest of you to heal!

I am very close to the end of this amazing music n all the pain n numbness is gone .But I have a torn ligament at my arch for almost 30 years now on the same left foot, it's still numb there. But I least I got rid of the other numbness elsewhere on same foot. This is the first time I have ever listened this wonderful BB.... AWESOME 😎❤️❤️❤️

My Rt toe is numb , from wearing Birkenstock’s & walking for too long in them ! My toe rubbed against the inside of it 😱 I listened to this last night & it feels much better 👍 I’ll keep listening to this until it goes away completely!!! Thank you !!!

This is making my feet feel so refreshed like. It’s a wonderful feeling. Also it’s triggering nerves throughout my legs and other places. I feel them responding. I’m listening due to leg pain. I hope it helps, but if not my feet feel amazing.
The deep ache in my lower legs from peripheral neuropathy has slowly melted away and in it's place there's a pleasant tingy vibration. The great thing is that I'm only using one bar speaker to listen. You don't need earphones for binaural beats to work strongly.
Is that true.Any info ive read,says u alway need head phones??☺
@@natashadurcan2290 It's true, you don't need headphones. Our whole bodies feel the vibrations and a guy who makes binaural beats even said you don't need them under one of his videos.

Thank you! Every single binaural video I’ve seen it said use headphones. I have some but prefer using my Bluetooth speakers.
very helpful comments. just curious whether you keep the volume low on speaker and whether it needs to be loud enough to be heard or too low is also fine?
