When a part of my body is sick or damaged (in this case my feet) I treat that part as a separate entity. For about half an hour each evening I stroke it and say comforting words to it. I’m trying this for the first time. I have terrible peripheral neuropathy in my feet, and some even in my hands. Almost right away, perhaps five minutes after listening to this, my feet started feeling better. Now perhaps 20 minutes in, the pain is 70-80 percent better. I will listen to this daily. That sure sounds like peripheral nerve damage. Mine was initially caused by B12 deficiency (which was caused by chronic diarrhea for years). It can be caused from B6 deficiency also. All the B vitamins are nerve vitamins. It can also be caused by hypothyroidism. So there are many things that can damage the nerves.
I started studying sound frequencies for healing after surgery in Sept last year. Some recordings work-at-home don't. This one is the most effective I have found against Peripheral Neuropathy. I've noticed that the tracks put out by Good Vibes are uniformly useful. They know which frequencies work for which condition. Somehow they manage to compose beautiful music in which to embed the healing track. Talk about "A Spoonful of Sugar!"
I have researched about this subject and some of the causes may be heavy metals, look for the heavy metal detox book... also make sure you do not carry any trauma, many times the hidden traumas in the unconscious generate diseases, for that meditate and use self-hypnosis so that the trauma comes out... When a part of my body is sick or damaged (in this case my feet) I treat that part as a separate entity. For about half an hour each evening I stroke it and say comforting words to it. How do you actually perform this percedure?
I’m trying this for the first time. I have terrible peripheral neuropathy in my feet, and some even in my hands. Almost right away, perhaps five minutes after listening to this, my feet started feeling better. Now perhaps 20 minutes in, the pain is 70-80 percent better. I will listen to this daily. While I work. Hoping for the best.

It can be caused by bacteria called bartonella. Its typical symptom
That sure sounds like peripheral nerve damage. Mine was initially caused by B12 deficiency (which was caused by chronic diarrhea for years). It can be caused from B6 deficiency also. All the B vitamins are nerve vitamins. It can also be caused by hypothyroidism. So there are many things that can damage the nerves.

I started studying sound frequencies for healing after surgery in Sept last year. Some recordings work-at-home don't. This one is the most effective I have found against Peripheral Neuropathy. I've noticed that the tracks put out by Good Vibes are uniformly useful. They know which frequencies work for which condition. Somehow they manage to compose beautiful music in which to embed the healing track. Talk about "A Spoonful of Sugar!"

I have Multiple Sclerosis and complete right side numbness, pain and tingling from my right hip to my foot, with muscle atrophy and lots of numerological damage. 2am has rolled around and for the past few hours I've been experiencing a lot of pain and muscle spasticity. 15 minutes into this I already feel my muscles loosening, muscle and nerve activity but not in a painful manner.
