Woke up 3 AM with throbbing ankle and leg pain in left leg and a bit also in right which stopped. Lesson to all: don’t lay down during day or become sedentary. Laziness got to me and it can cause problems of all sorts. Hoping it gets better

I know exactly what you mean if your talking about a tickle hurting because mine feels like shocks of electricity coming from my knees & elbows it's like the joints are sending out lightning bolts down my legs & occassionally my arms. Makes me jump cant get comfortable walking the floors. I couldnt stop the jumping 2nite so I found this frequency & rubbed the pressure points on the bottom of my feet & WA LA. Restless leg is awful, nerve pain in general is. I often describe it as feeling this desperate need to break open the muscles/joints and let the “poison” out. @@MsAnchovey Magnesium Bisglycinate is better absorbed then many types, but not as expensive as one other that is absorbed a bit more. For he cost difference, more for the price with Bisglycinate. Big difference for me and my husband when we switched to it a few years ago. We still have some mag malate on hand as the malic acid is supposed to be helpful for fibromyalgia type pain as an additional support.
