Pain today has been awful. Sick of taking meds. Started this and immediately feeling vibrations on my legs. It's amazing. 😮
Yeah I'm tired of the side effects.. but if I'm not taking my medicine..the strong pain killers, gabapentin and muscle relaxers.. I'm in agony and I definitely can't sleep.. it's like my brain is trying to go to sleep but the nerve pain in my feet is terribe. and it keeps me from sleeping.

@@MsAnchovey Magnesium Bisglycinate is better absorbed then many types, but not as expensive as one other that is absorbed a bit more. For he cost difference, more for the price with Bisglycinate. Big difference for me and my husband when we switched to it a few years ago. We still have some mag malate on hand as the malic acid is supposed to be helpful for fibromyalgia type pain as an additional support.
