@@yotaiji012that’s who made the ad, but who do you think hired him? Apple’s ad agency has a long history of hiring fantastic talent and then allow them to be as creative as they want to be to showcase Apple’s product. It usually results in their products being “barely there.” The exception being the old iPod commercials, but even there it was just a white silhouette of the iPod being held with those iconic white earbuds in against a loud colorful background and silhouette of a person dancing.
In Apple’s case, “barely there” is more than enough and perfectly in line with what the company wanted technology to do: enable things then get out of the way. You end up focusing on what’s going on and the emotions it invokes and find yourself more personally engaged than you would otherwise with a commercial. It works.

We have long resisted getting an Echo. Never really saw a need. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB When we recently completed some remodeling in our home, we realized we had failed to add a switch to turn on a certain lamp across the room. We couldn't run new wiring (which would have been expensive if we could), so we got our first Echo which completely solved our problem for about $40 (Echo Dot and smart plug). We just ask Alexa to turn on/off that light. Heartily recommend it to solve this kind of conundrum!

A shy and timid person. Gray and dull. Hopeless in this world. Depressed. Proceeds to tell HomePod to play her something “she’d like”. She then starts showing her true self. Slowly. Starting with the cup movements to then expanding her entire horizon.
When the mirror pops up, it shows her still sad and timid when looking at herself. She pushes herself away, but something brought her reflection back. She finally gives in and allows herself to see herself and feel free from the locks and shackles of life. It becomes so apparent, that her own reflection becomes her in vivid, physical form. She starts to love herself. So much so that she can see herself in person and dance with herself and smile at herself and be ONE with herself.
After this, she dances away from herself, leaving the dark, depressed timid one in the shadows and bringing out the joyful one. Ending with a smile on her face after not having one in the beginning.
Moral message: True freedom comes from embracing all parts of yourself, even the painful and timid ones. It is only through facing your reflection and allowing self-love to grow that you can fully step out of the shadows and become whole. Self-acceptance is the key to transforming from darkness to light, from despair to joy.

I just realized that the girl who fell onto the couch at the end was the girl who was in the mirror, which means that the original girl is stuck in some other universe. This isn't a cool commercial, it's a scary story.

Now she has to take her place and lure another version of herself in so she can leave as well.
