Yes they are a few places doing that in langkawi. I remembered vlogger from Portugal travelgrammers volunteered in langkawi as well.
We found so many options for workaway, loved the one we picked 😍
Very lovely to live in kampong(village) life.still miss the nostalgic days during childhood life.now the feel already not felt by our children.those were in the seventies era.
Oh wow I can imagine it was so different. Still a nice, quiet area and we really liked it there 😊

Whenever I completed visiting cities in eu and returned to england via flights, I always saw people holding passports with dark red/maroon covers queueing at the immigration/border control lines for british citizens. But yours has a blue cover?
Yeah they changed them after brexit, any British passports issued now will be dark blue 😊
I'm curious about workaway, do you only get paid in form of accommodation and food? or do they pay you as well?
We only got paid in accommodation and food. Some workaways just have accommodation 😊
