That watch is awesome!! As long as it's water resistant enough for daily mishaps, like doing dishes, washing hands or forgetting to take it off before showering. It's good enough. The other things like restarting the chrono or using the chrono in the dark. It's a novelty watch. The only thing I'd use that chrono for is to watch the hands move around (pretty much all I do with any of my chronos). I may add it to my list. Maybe they'll have a stainless version for a few bucks less. That Blue Tudor is awesome too. I like that color much better than the brown.
I have one, black steel with yellow numbers. Another suggestion for improvement is to change the led illumination with a led emitting a much more powerful UV light so that the luminescent numbers and dials will charge up much more resulting in better visibility in the darkness. I tried it myself by illuminating the watch with an external blue light in the UV spectrum and after that the watch was insanely glowing in the darkness and for a longer period. And I totally agree about the need to keep the light on because not only it doesn't work with the chronograph function but also with the function to check the battery reserve. But besides these "problems" I am actually very satisfied by owning this watch.
It really does! Very different, and a total steal at that price point. 👍 I have a feeling it will last a long time, since its using jewels (like in an automatic movement) and these CNC motor designs are used to replace belt driven motors that are used in a lot of industrial machines. But I'll definitely do an update if I have any issues with mine! 😎👍🍻
