Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow is something I agree with is a phenomenal performance, but I do question his place on this list for one reason. He literally created Jack Sparrow. The original version written was scrapped cause Johnny's version was so much better due to his research and dedication.
Simpler terms, It's like the argument for natural talent vs hard work. I feel Johnny relied more on Hard Work than natural talent here and therefore technically not "born for the role."
Gene Wilder as Wonka is the best choice for this list for certain.

Chris Reeve Superman was so perfect because Reeve was essentially Clark Kent in real life, he was the absolute *perfect* role model
