To one of my favorite boxers of all time, Hector Macho Camacho. On November 20th, 1982, I got to meet you just after your win over a worthy opponent, Greg Coverson. I still have the fight card you signed for me that day. You were a real gentleman. Exactly 30 years to the day, tragedy struck. My prayers continue to go out to you, and your family. May you rest in eternal security with the Lord. May God grant you mom, dad, children, family, and all your loved ones comfort and peace always.

It’s a bit of myth Camacho changed after Rosario he always held a lot and moved nor could he really fight on the inside with that said amazing talent great boxing skills with maybe the fastest handspeed ever

He may not have set up shop on the inside but he did drop Coverson from there.

Camacho was a far less aggressive fighter after Rosario.

@@theoddfather8782 yeah he was to a extent but it is overstated like I said he always held a lot and did not like to fight on the inside a lot and he moved up to 140 where his power wasn’t the same too so he moved even more

Camacho was a master of cuffing you on the back of the head and punching you. Check his early flights especially he knocked out Montes with it
