Here’s some ideas for the part 3:
*Toy Story:*
Fighter: Woody
Stage: Andy’s Bed
Icon: Pizza Planet Logo
Items: Woody’s Lasso and Grilled Cheese (it’s not from the movie but it’s a food item in Woody’s Lunchbox)
Assist Trophy: Mr Potato Head
Attacks:
*Neutral Special:* He can throw out his lasso to grab in opponents
*Side Special:* He can ride Bullseye
*Up Special:* He flies upwards using the rocket which quickly straps off after he takes off
*Down Special:* He can summon a toy to help him like Rex, Hamm, Slinky Dog, etc.
Alts:

2. A color inspired by Buzz
3. A color inspired by Jessie
4. A color inspired by Bo Peep
Taunts:
1. He can swing his lasso around in the air
2. Says his iconic line “Reach for the sky!”

Final Smash:
He grabs in opponents into a cutscene using his lasso where they are then strapped to a rocket and sent upward as they explode into oblivion. It deals a ton of damage.

I think it would be really cool if Luxo Jr. AKA the Pixar Lamp was an assist character. When summoned, he'd leap onto an opponent and repeatedly jump on them, dealing damage and burying them in the ground. This attack references how Luxo Jr. squashes the "I" in the Pixar logo.

I feel like the emotions could work as a sort of multiple character fighter, working as one unit in a tag out type system where you can switch between the different emotions, kinda like Pokemon trainer and his Pokémon in Brawl.
Maybe in a system like shulk neutral b in smash ultimate instead of how pokemon trainer is

4:38 honestly instead of each being a different pallete or whatever they called, I would suggest making it like…how would we describe…a multi character? I remember playing a nickelodeon fighting game and all of Lincoln(from the loud house) attacks included his sisters, I was thinking something similar, with joy as the main fighter but the others are incorporated into attack’s! And also for possible DLC content if this was a thing, we can get the teenage emotions who will debut in the new movie!

First Video: Honestly I think all of the characters in part one is good but personally I would pick Mei from Turning Red since having her mom as the ultimate move as hilarious so I would pick her (and not totally being biased since Turning Red was great)

Ya know the answer but Ember from elemental cause I don’t know why but her moveset kinda reminds me of Toph from avatar in the Nickelodeon smash bros game where both had a move (sorta) where they protect themselves and since I’m good at Toph I don’t think Ember would be that different

I'd probably try out Ember since she acts a lot like Zelda and has her own creative abilities. I actually like the movie (especially Steal the Show as the staple song) as well as their concepts of relating it to a real life immigration story to the creator.
Also huge appreciation for Ratatouille as well for being a dual fighter!

I feel like some of these characters, like Wall-E and Ember. Should have a second person beside them, Sorta like how Ice Climbers has 2 characters you play as but only 1 of them really counts if they fall off the map. (Wall-E with Eva and Ember with Wade)
If Pixar does get a fighting game I'mma just say rn I'm maining Syndrome.

Id use the toy story charters, no chance. Loved it as a child, and the hit boxes would be too small to hit.
If we’re deals with Riley’s emotions as fighters, I feel like that each emotion could have their own, distinct moveset, and can be swapped out with the down special, much like Pyra/Mythra, or Pokémon trainer’s Pokémon, or if you wanna make it easier, it could be the neutral special, much similar to the likes of switching out Shulk’s Monado powers.
An idea for part 2! Maybe we could have a Bugs Life, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles
A bugs life could have Flint or Flick? as the main fighter. His assist trophy could maybe be Dot or one of the circus bugs. His taunts could have him pull out a leaf telescope where he looks into it. I'm not sure about his attacks bc I haven't seen the movie in forever. But the final smash could be all the grasshoppers invading the stage. Finding Nemo! Okay Marlo is the main fighter assist trophy is Dory. His alternate designs could make him look like Dory, Give him scuba gear, and maybe make him look like his house lol. The Incredibles! All family members will be the main fighters, the assist trophy is Frozone. Mr Incredible taunts could be him confidently flexing while grinning, another could be him crushing a heavy object. Elastagirl's taunts could have her start transforming into objects like a boat, parachute, etc. Violet's taunts could have her turn invisible and then immediately re-appear. Another could have her try to create a forcefield around a campfire (Just like the movie) And Dash could start to act like hes running or could mess around with the remote that controls Mr Incredibles car.

One idea for the uhh, inside out. Is like, you hold down B, then it’s like a wheel of the other emotions, Kinda like shulk’s ability wheel thing.
Noticed a distinct lack of villains, so:
Toy Story (villain):
Fighter: Zurg
Stage: the final boss arena from the game Rex played
Icon: just the evil looking lightning Z.
Items: Baseball glove (reflects projectiles) and battery (charges ultimate)
Specials:
Neutral: fires ranged attacks from Tri-barrel cannon (can be aimed)
Side: Zurg charges at opponents using the rockets on his feet, leaving a damaging fire trail behind
Up: flys upward using rockets (has fuel meter that recharges over time)
Down special: summons one of his robots, and throws it down onto the ground, destroying it and creating a small explosion
Costumes:
-Default (Toy story 2)
-outfit based off version from Lightyear
-slightly more animated design (Star Command)
-Version with Buzz’s Color scheme
Taunts:
-says “I am your father”
-reads a ‘how to beat Zurg strategy guide’ and disintegrates it when taunt is cancelled
-fidgets with a Z-battery
-Laughs while crackling lightning from hands
Final smash:
Zurg pilots his robot from ‘Space Ranger Spin’ for 15 seconds, giving him invincibility and extremely powerful attacks.
Part 3 idea:
Cars
Rep/s: McQueen
Assist Trophy: Mater will tow opponents and throw them around.
Neutral B: McQueen will rev his engine and release damaging gas.
Side B: McQueen will drive to the side.
Down B: McQueen will slam down his tires.
Up B: McQueen will craft artificial wings and fly up.
Taunts: McQueen will take a nap, do the 'Its your lunch!" dance from the third movie, do a funny face, and scream at you.
Final Smash: McQueen will send the racers to run over opponents.
Food: Fillmore's Organic Fuel
Item: You can use Tires to throw at opponents.
Skins: Demolition Derby Disguise, Electric Suit, and McQueen Hudson.
Stage: Piston Cup Stadium
Icon: Dinoco logo
Finding Nemo
Reps/s: Marlin
Assist Trophy: Dory will come and make opponents "forget their attacks" rendering them useless for a short time.
Neutral B: Marlin will swim around and slap opponents with his fins.
Side B: Marlin will summon an anemone tentacle to the side.
Down B: Marlin will dive down and hit anyone that falls for it.
Up B: Marlin throw up a rock.
Taunts: Marlin will bicker, struggle reading the mask, slap his face in disappointment, and worry about Nemo.
Final Smash: A cutscene will play where Marlin will summon the sharks and make them swim into the explosives.
Food: Destiny's Food Bucket
Item: Fish Nets can trap opponents for a short time.
Skins: Mr. Ray Pattern, Destiny Pattern, and a Fish Bag.

Special Moves:
Neutral Special: Lighting Bolt - Lightning McQueen charges up a powerful flash of energy and releases it as a lighting bolt, dealing massive damage to opponents.
Side Special: Road Rage - Lightning McQueen speeds forward, with his tires spinning and sparks flying, pushing opponents out of the way and dealing minor damage.
Up Special: Leap of Faith - Lightning McQueen jumps into the air, boosting himself upwards with his wheels spinning. If he makes contact with an opponent while in the air, he can knock them back down.
Down Special: Drift - Lightning McQueen skids forward, leaving a trail of smoke and sparks behind him. Opponents hit by the smoke and sparks are temporarily stunned.
Smash Attacks:

If you plan on doing more and want to stick to one per move you could have Woddy for Toy Story & Buzz for Lightyear that way it stays one per movie
I think that the emotions could be like the Pokémon trainer from super smash bros, you can switch between the emotions and each can have their own attacks but your idea also works well!
Maybe the emotions could be all stacked into one, having them switch between eachother for attacks and turning into abstract forms when not. IE, turning into sadness for up-b with the cloud, anger for some kind of strong fire attack etc.
Also I think EVE could be a good fighter, and maybe moe could be promoted to assist trophy, one of the malfunctioning robots like the violent massage one, or that security bot with the taser from the movie

Instead of the emotions, what if the Inside Out representative was Riley herself? She could have a hockey inspired moveset, but the core (no pun intended) gimmick of her moveset is switching which emotion is at the helm and they could all function like Shulk's Monado (only without timers).
Joy could be faster and have a more combo oriented moveset with decent movement options.
Anger could have an okay speed stat, but when he's at the helm, Riley's moves would be slower and hit harder. His Specials also wouldn't move him that far except Up B.
Fear could function like the Shield Monado, slowing Riley down but giving her better options to keep opponents away or defend against oncoming attacks.
Disgust could greatly increase Riley's strength without the downsides of Anger, but there would also be recoil damage due to how disgusting other people are or something like that.
Sadness could make Riley apply some sort of debuffing effect to her opponents as she hits them.
Maybe to further expand on this idea, it wouldn't even be about switching between the emotions. Maybe all are always active, but the longer you use a specific emotion, the more potent their effects become while the other ones become less effective.
