Great videos CMA. Thanks for explaining site costs so easily. Chris mentioned $3500 to go from s-class slab to h1, how much extra would you expect to go to h2? What kind of cost would piering add? And what price difference between n2 and n3 wind? Great work guys, keep up the awesome vids!

very much depends! it can range in terms of pricing from builder to builder. In regards to piers in agin depends on how many you require and weather you get concrete piers or screw piers. Best would be to chat to whoever you are dealing with at your home builder and ask these questions up front, before signing on the line :) Hope that helps.
