Leftovers get made into sandwiches. A hinged hoagie roll, lined with lettuce leaves, tuck in the breast fillet then lightly sauce it right before serving for a bit of moisture. Cut it on a diagonal for an easy first bite---and shortly---you'll have one very happy tummy. 😋

I use parchment paper for literally, EVERYTHING. No aluminum foil. That stuff will KILL YOU!😁

no such thing as chicken pizzaiola.thats kinda like chicken parm Pizzaiola refers to beef
Pizzaiola refers to the style of sauce, not the meat. The most popular meat used is in fact beef, and the dish is called carne alla piazzaiola - but chicken is absolutely used in Italian and Italian American kitchens.
I would clean your hands immediately after handling the raw chicken. Everything you touch is becoming contaminated,
