Yeah, but we are not meant to live 90 years, things start failing over years.
Also being like 50-100 pounds over weight is not good.
I agree with what you said. I am working sitting in a desk. But I am also walking 5 kilometres before my work and 5 after. I just don't use a car or bike. Sitting on a desk is not good but we don't have to do it all day. Exercise and maintenance of a good physical body and a healthy body posture depends from us. We can choose to let it be or make the effort and keep ourselves the healthiest possible.

Alex, is cervical rectification possible to be corrected with chiro? Same for lumbar hernias and sciatic compromise? Thanks. I admire what you do.
Nothing can be permanently corrected with just chiropractic adjustments, you have to have a lot of different therapies with it. This is more of a way to relieve pain enough for you to be able to do the actual work to heal. Unless what you have is minor and can be fixed by a quick crack and the placebo effect.
Hi, I am from Australia but have been a huge fan of your videos and the work you do. I go to so many chiropractors and none seem to be able to address the neck pain and tightness that I have. The "magic hug" and y-strap look like they might actually address the problems I have. I'm actually planning on travelling to America for a holiday this year. Where in America are you located and how do you get in contact with you to organise to get an adjustment??

Outer Galactic Experience! I felt that all the way down to my lower back. It’s interesting to see that people have either never cracked their own neck or shifts gone so bad it’s like this… I tore my labrum and can’t raise my arm over my head. Under a anesthesia he doctor can whip it around but unfortunately I can’t extend my left arm above my neck. Thankfully my right arm is my dominant. 60 physical therapy visits and I can do more things but still can’t my raise my arm up. So frustrating to not be able to play catch anymore.
#7 and #3 were so good they were on there twice
I like the ones where they cry. You can tell that there's a lot of stored up emotion and it just flows out uncontrollably. I remember having a badass massage and what was released was weird because I hiccuped for five hours til I went to bed and then for another five the next morning. Mine wasn't pain but I know what it's llke to have stuff released that you didn't know was there.
