God yeah. When i was younger i hung out with material arts guys and they would so massage on each other and basically doing chiropractic cracking each others backs not necks or anything. We would do this thing where you lie down on the ground and relax and someone grabs your limbs and sort of pulled and shook them out. It was so good. There were massive guys and i was a small teenager woman so i would get the job of walking on their backs they loved that. I never had that cos obviously they were huge but i got massages and the lie down shake the limbs thing. Your whole body would be buzzing with warmth and relaxing pleasure feelings. Can't he bad. They did get me to cracking their backs as well which i was a bit worried about or rather later on i looked back and was like ooh...but I never did anything too weird just straight on little pressing down fast motions on each vertebra. Not really chiros just cracking ..we used to hang off their pull up bars and let out backs cracked by themselves as well. Was so good. I miss that kind of friend where you can give each other massages and it not be a thing it was the same at ballet we would all do tapping on each other in a circle. Now my cat sometimes goes on my back and makes biscuits and thats about all i can afford 😂

I was on lower tab and Soma in for years and I went to therapeutic massages and it was my muscles, but between that and having my doctor, adjust me crack, the neck and everything, I've been off every pain medicine. I rarely very rarely have headaches anymore. I mean like I went from having tension and migraine headaches at least once every two weeks would last they were from 3 to 7 days and it's been years since I've had any of that so that's watching this go get an adjustment you will be amazed at how much your overall bodyimproves

When I had my sinuses done like Dr Tubio, it took 3 visits and I had Sinus Surgery. But, when your a nose breather and you struggle. Wow, when you open up it's beyond amazing. I was told it was alot of scar tissue from sinus infections. If you have sinus issues this is a real game changer. We'll worth having done and fewer sinus issues. 🎉🎉🎉
